The National Society for AI Management offers a year-round schedule of professional development opportunities designed to strengthen AI management skills while fostering inclusive workplace cultures. Our programming includes:

  • Monthly 1-Hour Webinars focused on key topics such as AI strategy, governance, risk management, and practical implementation tips for AI managers. Special sessions also highlight the intersection of AI and workplace belonging, equity, and inclusion.
  • Quarterly Half-Day Trainings offering in-depth instruction on managing AI initiatives with an emphasis on creating responsible, fair, and people-centered AI environments. Each session features expert facilitators, real-world case studies, and interactive discussions.
  • Special Events & Panels held throughout the year spotlighting AI management trends, industry best practices, and leadership insights.
